Cote burst on to the scene at MCLA and instantly became a top
player in the region. He began his torrid scoring as a
freshman collecting 13 goals. He would follow that up with a
27 goal showing as a sophomore, before he culminated his
Trailblazer career with 33 goals as a junior.
His remarkable three year run totaled 73 goals and 31 assists
during his time in North Adams. Not just a goal scorer, he
led the squad to the ECAC championship game during the 2001-02
season. He led all of Division III in goals following
the 2003 season and was a two time All ECAC first team
selection. Cote was tabbed the MASCAC player of the year
during his final two seasons.
Cote currently resides in Keene, NH with his wife Amanda and his
six year old son Nicholas. He graduated from MCLA with a
degree in Business Administration and is now a marketing supervisor
at CTS Wholesale.
