MCLA's Egazarian honored with NENY PGA Player Development award

NENY PGA Section Release

North Adams, MA- MCLA golf head coach Peter Egazarian has earned the Northeast New York PGA section Player Development Award the organization announced last month.  Egazarian, who is about to embark on his second season at the helm of the Trailblazers golf program, was part of a program that honored twelve golf professionals throughout the region.

The Player Development Award is designed to recognize a PGA Professional for extraordinary and exemplary contributions and achievements in the area of player development.  This award considers the PGA Professional's growth of the game leadership commitment at the Section and National levels and the impact made at the facility.

Egazarian has taught locally at Taconic Golf Club over the past two years, but also has established his own indoor golf center recently as well.  The Northeast Golf Performance Center gives golfers the opportunity to practice in the difficult off season in the Berkshires.

Egazarian and the Trailblazers will be back at it competitively in September.
