Bartini was named the Head Women’s Lacrosse Coach at MCLA in April 2014. As a member of the Psychology faculty since 2001, she leveraged her extensive higher education experience in establishing the newest varsity program at MCLA. The program’s inaugural season in 2015 included winning their first game, first overtime game and first game on their home field.
Prior to coaching at MCLA, Bartini played an integral role in establishing high school varsity lacrosse in Berkshire County. She coached the Northern Berkshire girls’ team for four years and served on the Berkshire County Lacrosse Association Board of Directors. Bartini has over a decade of youth coaching experience and is a Level III certified coach through US Lacrosse. Following a high school playing career lettering in basketball, soccer, volleyball and lacrosse, she played Division I lacrosse at the College of William and Mary. Bartini lives in Clarksburg with her husband, Ron Miles, and two children, Jonah and Elli.
