North Adams, MA- The MCLA Women's Soccer program will compete in a challenging 18 game slate this fall with their opener set for Friday night, August 30th at Shewcraft Field. The Trailblazers, under the direction of long time head coach Deb Raber, will open up their campaign with a home tilt against Nichols at 6pm. The opener kicks off a season in which three of their first four matches are at home.
MCLA will entertain St. Joseph (CONN) on September 4th before heading out on the road for the first time at Sage on the seventh. Raber's team will then host Castleton on the 11th before embarking on a three match road trip.
MCLA heads to NVU-Johnson on the 15th and then takes on Bay Path on the 17th. The Trailblazers wrap up the long week with a trek to MASCAC foe Bridgewater State in the conference opener on the 21st.
After hosting Becker (9/24), MCLA travels to Fitchburg State for another MASCAC tilt before ringing in October with a long home stand.
The Trailblazers will host four straight home tilts that feature matches against New England College (10/1), Salem State (10/5), Cobleskill (10/9), and Worcester State (10/12). Following the home stretch, MCLA makes the short trek to Westfield State on the 19th and then hosts Hartwick on the 22nd.
MCLA will play a pair of road games to close out October with Mass. Maritime on the 26th and Utica College on the 30th.
Senior Day will be held on Saturday, November 2nd when MCLA takes on Framingham State in the regular season finale.
