Volleyball chosen fourth in MASCAC Preseason Poll
The MCLA Volleyball team was chosen to finish 4th in the MASCAC Preseason poll. The poll was tabulated following a vote of the league's coaches. MCLA finished 14-12 last season, including a 3-3 mark in conference play.

North Adams, MA- The MCLA Women's Volleyball Team was selected to finish fourth in the 2011 MASCAC season following a vote of the league's coaches. The Trailblazers finished 14-12 overall a year ago, including a 3-3 MASCAC mark good enough for a postseason berth.
Westfield State University was tabbed as the preseason favorite to win the league.
MCLA, under the direction of Head Coach Amanda Beckwith, looks to continue their winning ways as they were a MASCAC semifinalist a year ago. The Trailblazers will open their season with a Tri-Match on September 1st at Southern Vermont along with Castleton State. MCLA will begin league play on the 13th when they travel to Worcester State.
