HOW DO I DECIDE WHERE TO DIRECT MY GIFTS?

Visit alumni.mcla.edu/support-athletics and you will have the option to give to the Trailblazers Athletics program of your choice.

WHAT DOES MY GIFT SUPPORT?

By making a gift to one of our Athletics programs, you will help make a specific impact project or enhancing item possible for that sport’s current student-athletes. You can read more about each program’s impact project here.

HOW CAN I MAKE A GIFT?

  • Make a gift online by visiting alumni.mcla.edu/support-athletics

  • Mail a check to this address, and note which sport you want to benefit:

WHERE DOES MY GIFT GO?

Completely your decision!

WILL 100% OF MY GIFT GO TO THE PROGRAM(S) I SELECT?

Yes, 100% of your gift will go to the team(s) you have selected.

CAN I MAKE MY GIFT IN HONOR/MEMORY OF SOMEONE?

Yes.

AM I ABLE TO MAKE MULTIPLE GIFTS TO THE CROWDFUND FOR MCLA ATHLETICS?

Yes, but you will only be able to count as a donor once.

WHAT IS THE OVERALL DONOR GOAL FOR THE CROWDFUND COMPETITION?

250 donors!

WHEN DO I NEED TO GIVE IN ORDER FOR MY GIFT TO BE COUNTED TOWARD THE OVERALL GOAL FOR THE CROWDFUND FOR MCLA ATHLETICS?

All gifts submitted online must be received by December 31st at 11:59 PM in order to be counted as a donor during the 2018 fiscal year.  All gifts made after that time will be credited towards 2019.

IS MY GIFT FULLY TAX-DEDUCTIBLE?

Yes, all gifts are fully tax-deductible.

IS THERE A MINIMUM GIFT AMOUNT?

Yes, there is a gift minimum of $5.

WHAT IF I WANT TO MAKE A GIFT VIA STOCK TRANSFERS, RETIREMENT ASSETS, OR OTHER VEHICLES?

  • Post about the crowdfund on facebook and twitter. Share your story of how MCLA Athletics impacted your career

  • Over the years, we may have lost touch with one or several of your teammates and don’t have the best contact info for them. Send out a group e-mail or text to your teammates, share the link, and let them know we are at the start of a new era in MCLA Athletics!
