Member of the Dean's List at MCLA and the MASCAC All Academic Team

Junior- Batted a team best .344 last season for MCLA with 31 hits.  Notched a pair of doubles and 6 triples while leading the team with 15 runs scored.

Sophomore- Was a second team All MASCAC selection after batting .315.  She had 3 doubles and a triple with 10 runs batted in.

Freshman- Played in all 33 games for Trailblazers last season and led the team in batting with a .382 average.  She ripped 11 doubles and drove in a team best 22 runs as a first year player.  She stole 11 bases last season as well...Named the MASCAC rookie of the week twice 

High School- Played at Shaker High School in Watervliet, NY, was a Times Union Honorable Mention selection.

Berghela is a Biology major with Chemistry/Psychology minors and is the daughter of Frank and Mary Ann Berghela
