2012 MASCAC Preseason Volleyball poll

North Adams, MA- The MCLA Volleyball team was selected to finish fifth in the MASCAC Preseason coaches poll.  The Trailblazers finished 12-21 a year ago, compiling a 2-4 conference mark.

Westfield State was tabbed as the preseason favorite.

MCLA, under the guidance of Head Coach Amanda Beckwith, returns a solid nucleus of young players, many of which saw plenty of experience a year ago.  The Trailblazers will begin their 2012 season next Friday, when they travel to Eastern Nazarene.

MCLA will begin MASCAC play on September 11th, when they host Worcester State.
