Mental Health Information & Resources 

The MCLA Athletic Department values the physical and mental health wellness of our student-athletes.  We promote physical and mental health and resiliency through support, education, and preventive care.  

Our team consists of licensed board-certified athletic trainers who work collaboratively with our team physician and licensed mental health providers.  In addition, our sport performance coach also serves as the student-athlete mental health program coordinator. 

We recognize the difficulties inherent in the transition to college and the many challenges that may arise during your years at MCLA. Please know that there are many resources available to you.
