Frank Field Named MASCAC Men’s Basketball Rookie of the Week

NORTH ADAMS, Mass. — MCLA's Frank Field (Adams, MA) has been selected as the MASCAC Men's Basketball Rookie of the Week, as announced by the league earlier today.

The freshman guard scored 22 points on 8-for-14 (57.1%) shooting, grabbed four rebounds, had four steals, two assists, and a block in MCLA's nonconference setback at VTSU Lyndon.

Field and MCLA are back in action this Wednesday when they open their MASCAC schedule and travel to Worcester State University for a conference matchup with the Lancers. Tip-off is scheduled for 7:30 p.m.
