MCLA finishes 9th in first spring golf event at WNEC
Paced by an 80 from sophomore Shane Ortega, MCLA finished in a tie for 9th at the WNEC invitational. Ortega's round was good enough for a 20th place finish.

Ortega paces MCLA as they compete in WNEC Invitational
Springfield, MA- MCLA sophomore Shane Ortega (Pittsfield, MA) carded an 80, good enough for 22nd place, as MCLA competed in the WNEC Invitational. Freshman Sean Cota (Adams, MA) tallied an 81 on the afternoon. MCLA would finish tied for ninth in the event, their first of the spring.
MCLA will now move on to the MASCAC championships on April 20th at the Blackstone Valley Golf Course.
