Golf finishes 8th in ECAC New England Championships
The MCLA golf program finished 8th at this weekends' ECAC New England Championships played at Stow Acres Country Club. MCLA placed three players in the top 32 of the event.

The MCLA golf program finished 8th at this weekends' ECAC New England Championships played at Stow Acres Country Club. MCLA placed three players in the top 32 of the event.
The Trailblazers shot a two day total of 661 to finish 8th overall. MCLA junior Shane Ortega paced the Trailblazers shooting consecutive rounds of 81 for a tie of 24th place. Senior Matt Babeu's two day total of 165 (82-83) was good enough for 29th, while Sean Cota finished in 32nd place.
Elms College won the overall title with a team score of 618.
Individual honors were taken by Chris Hamel of Husson College, who shot a 3-over total of 147.
