Cota strong as MCLA wraps up Fall campaign at NEIGA Championships

MCLA sophomore Sean Cota finished 33rd overall, pacing the Trailblazers at the NEIGA Championships held at Captains Bay in Brewster, MA. MCLA would finish in 24th in the team competition out of 37 teams.

Brewster, MA- MCLA sophomore Sean Cota finished 33rd overall, pacing the Trailblazers at the NEIGA Championships held at Captains Bay in Brewster, MA.  MCLA would finish in 24th in the team competition out of 37 teams.

Cota shot a two day total of ten over par (78-76) in tough windy conditions.  Shane Ortega followed Cota placing 50th.  Adam Ciborowski and Mitch Mullett also competed for MCLA. 

The event drew 37 teams, including many Division I and II programs.
