2015 NAC All Conference Team

North Adams, MA- MCLA sophomore Nick Young has been named to the NAC All Conference second team as announced by the league offices this morning.  After carding the lowest score at the 2015 NAC Men's Golf Championship, Husson senior Greg Martin (Ellsworth, Maine) claimed the NAC Golfer of the Year honor, while freshman teammate Daulton Wickenden (Rockport, Maine) earned NAC Rookie of the Year accolades after turning in a second-place finish at the championship. Maine Maritime's Kevin Pepin (Candia, N.H.) was tabbed the Senior Scholar Athlete of the Year, Husson head coach Mike Dugas was voted the Coach of the Year, and eight men's golf student-athletes were selected to the Sportsmanship Team to headline the 2015 All-Conference announcement.

Young is a repeat selection to the all conference team as he was the conference rookie of the year last season.  He led the Trailblazers in every match this year culminating with his ninth place showing at the NAC Championships where he shot a two day total of 163.  Young also won the Trailblazer invitational earlier this season at Berkshire Hills Country Club in Pittsfield.

Senior James Clark of MCLA was named to the sportsmanship team as well.  Each program is represented on the sportsmanship team throughout the conference.
