Golf Concludes Northern Vermont Swing at Tony Mariano Invitational

BARRE, Vt.— For the second time in three days the Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts (MCLA) Golf team made the trek to Northern Vermont, this time to compete in Norwich University's Tony Mariano Invitational held at the Country Club of Barre.

The Cadets held serve at home taking home the team and individual titles. Norwich (+26, 310) finished nine strokes better than Gordon College and New England College (+35, 319). MCLA finished 6^th (+55, 339).

Norwich University's Cooper Bertrand (-2, 69) claimed medalist honors as the only competitor under par edging out Graham Hassan (+1, 72) of New England College.

Fellow Trailblazers Easton Moore and Rocco Stolz (+11, 81) finished tied for 13^th while Cody White (+12, 82) finished 18^th.

Next Wednesday the Trailblazers will host the MCLA Invitational at Waubeeka Golf Links in Williamstown.
