Golf Competes in Season Opening Event at Jarvis Invitational
The MCLA Golf team finished fourth in their season opening event in the Lou Jarvis Invitational.
Jay Peak, Vt.— The Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts (MCLA) Golf team finished fourth in their 2025 season opening event in the Lou Jarvis Invitational hosted by Vermont State University Johnson at the Jay Peak Golf Course.
New England College took home the team competition with a tournament best 325, followed by SUNY Canton (328), Lesley University (344) and MCLA (354).
Lesley's Marc Bota claimed medalist honors with a 2-over 74.
Easton Moore and Cody White (+13, 85) led the Trailblazers finishing tied for eighth place. Frank Field (15th), Roco Stoltz (T-21st) and Sam Zis (24th) also helped MCLA to the 4th place finish.
MCLA returns to Northern Vermont on Wednesday as they compete in Norwich University's Tony Mariano Invitational at the Country Club of Barre.
