Herrera Claims MASCAC Player of the Week Honors
MCLA’s Cade Herrera has been selected as the MASCAC Men’s Ice Hockey Player of the Week.
NORTH ADAMS, Mass.— MCLA's Cade Herrera has been selected as the MASCAC Men's Ice Hockey Player of the Week, as announced by the league earlier today.
The sophomore winger from Brentwood, CA, scored four goals and collected six points, including a hat trick, a game-winner, and two assists in a 1-1 week for the Trailblazers. Scored the game-winning goal and added two assists in a 4-0 win at Rivier, and registered a hat-trick against Anna Maria.
Herrera and MCLA are back in action this Thursday when they travel to Worcester State at the Fidelity Bank Worcester Ice Center for a MASCAC matchup with the Lancers. The puck will drop at 7:30 p.m.
