MCLA senior goalie Evan Coe was named on Sunday evening as the inaugural MASCAC Men's Soccer Player of the Week for the 2009 season after earning Outstanding Defensive Player accolades for the Trailblazers during the CIAO Classic

MCLA's Coe named MASCAC Player of the Week

MCLA senior keeper Evan Coe has been named the MASCAC Player of the week after his performance in the CIAO Classic.  Coe registered both victories while collecting 16 saves.  One of the weekend highlights was his game saving efforts against Western Connecticut when he stopped three shots from close range in the waning minutes of the contest.  Coe (Hopewell Jct., NY/Arlington HS) is a business major competing in his second season at MCLA.
