HIGHLIGHTS
- MCLA scored the only goal for either team in the first half when Gustavo de Oliveira (Pittsfield, MA) (8', assisted by Bogue) headed home a crossing pass from William Bogue (Schenectady, NY) for his seventh goal of the season and third in his last three games. The assist was the second of the year for Bogue, who was making his first collegiate start.
- The Trailblazers' Jacob Malburg (Amesbury, MA) (55', Lopez and 90', Lopez and Bonilla) stretched the home team's advantage to 3-0 with a pair of second half goals. The first goal came off a long pass by Marcos Lopez (Albany, NY) from deep in the MCLA defensive end that went over the top of the defense and was tracked down by Malburg who split a pair of defenders and a charging Tiger keeper to chip a shot into the vacated goal.
- Malburg's second goal came with exactly one minute remaining in regulation when the senior fired a laser from the top of the penalty arc that slipped under the cross bar. The goal brought his season total to two. Lopez and Mario Bonilla (Pittsfield, MA) provided the helpers.
- The Fighting Tigers scored their lone goal of the night 32 second later to break up the shut out. The goal was credited to Spencer Reisman (90', Rob Staubitz).
- Trailblazers' keeper Oliver LeLacheur (Medford, MA) improved his record to 3-6-0 on the strength of nine saves.
