Wehner repeats as MASCAC player of the week

For the second consecutive week, MCLA junior Jen Wehner was honored as the MASCAC player of the week. Wehner collected her sixth straight double double in a home victory over Wheelock.

Buzzards Bay, MA- For the second consecutive week, MCLA junior Jen Wehner was honored as the MASCAC player of the week.  Wehner earned the award off the heels of claiming the ECAC, NEWBA, and MASCAC player of the week honors just a week ago.

Wehner collected her sixth straight double double in a home victory over Wheelock.  She totaled 11 points, 12 rebounds, and 3 blocks in the win.  She is currently leading the MASCAC in rebounding (11.3), Field Goal Percentage (63.6), and Blocks (2.6) per game.  Wehner is second in points per game at 15.4.

Wehner and the Trailblazers are off through the holiday period and return to action on January 5th when they travel to Union College.  MCLA is currently at 7-3 overall.
