Women’s Basketball Fall to Framingham State
MCLA dropped a MASCAC game this evening.
NORTH ADAMS, Mass. – The MCLA Women's Basketball team welcomed Framingham State University into the Amsler Campus Center Gymnasium this evening for a MASCAC matchup with the Rams. The visitors rode a game-high 17 points from each of Faith Greene and Kiara Cerruti to power to an 89-24 win.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- The Rams took a strong hold from the opening tip-off, outscoring the home team 33-8 in the first period, and then 22-4 in the second to take a 55-12 lead into the halftime locker room. Framingham State would hold the lead wire-to-wire, taking the game 89-24.
- The Rams' Faith Greene and Kiara Cerruti led all scorers with 17 points apiece.
- Framingham's Jacqueline Schels and Shaelagh Green paced the visitors with seven rebounds each, tying with MCLA's senior forward Ashlyn Bill (Windham, CT) for the game-high total.
- Greene and Cerruti were joined in the double-digit scorers' club by Ava McKeon and Zaria Anderson, who each scored 13 points.
- The Trailblazers were led by nine points from senior guard/forward Hailey Peabody (W. Springfield, MA) and six points by junior guard Dakota Quick (Connelly, NY) while sophomore forward Amare Williams (Woburn, MA) had a team-high three assists.
