Women’s Basketball Fall at Salem
Dakota Quick scored a career-high 15 points but MCLA dropped a MASCAC game this evening.
SALEM, Mass. – The MCLA Women's Basketball team took to the road this evening, traveling to the Twohig Gym and Salem State University for a MASCAC matchup with the Vikings. Dakota Quick recorded a career-best 15 points to lead the Trailblazers, but the home team had five players finish with double-digit point totals, led by 22 by Kylie Schrock.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- The Vikings came out strong, doubling up the Trailblazers in the first quarter, 18-9. The second quarter played similar to the first, with Salem adding to their lead and going into the half time locker room ahead 45-19. Salem State would hold the lead wire-wire, taking the game 94-43.
- The Vikings' Kylie Schrock led all scorers with 22 points while Ernidia Goncalves and Lamia Ashley each added 14. Maria Orfanos added 13 while Keisha Perez-Vazquez scored 12 points off the bench.
- MCLA's junior guard Dakota Quick (Connelly, NY) scored a career-high 15 points on 6-9 shooting, including draining three of four attempts from beyond the 3-point arc, while pulling down three rebounds and adding an assist.
