Women's Soccer earns NSCAA Ethics Gold Award
The 2011 Women's Soccer team earned the NSCAA Gold Award for Ethics.
North Adams, MA- The 2011 MCLA Women's Soccer team was a recipient of the NSCAA Gold Award for Sportsmanship/Ethics on Thursday. Only 13 programs across all divisions of the NCAA earned the honor which is awarded to programs without a yellow or red card throughout the season. The NSCAA is the largest soccer coaches association in the world.
The NSCAA awards Gold, Silver, and Bronze awards for ethics and sportsmanship. MCLA has been awarded a silver award on eight occasions as this is the first time they have claimed the Gold honor in Head Coach Deb Raber's 12 seasons.
