Caney earns second MASCAC Rookie of the Week honor
MCLA freshman Natalie Caney has been named the MASCAC rookie of the week for the second time this season after scoring a pair of goals

North Adams, MA- MCLA Trailblazer freshman forward Natalie Caney has been tabbed as the MASCAC Rookie of the Week. The honor is the second of the season for Caney, who also won the distinction on September 8th.
Caney scored a pair of goals this week pushing her season total to six. She tallied the game winner in overtime on Tuesday at Albany Pharmacy to lift the Trailblazers to a 2-1 non conference victory. She would follow that up with MCLA's only goal in a narrow 2-1 setback to conference foe Worcester State on Saturday.
The Belchertown high graduate will look to lead MCLA back into the win column this week when the Trailblazers travel to SUNYIT.
