Three-Peat for Caney as MASCAC rookie of the week
Trailblazer freshman forward Natalie Caney earned her third straight MASCAC Rookie of the Week award after scoring three goals and adding an assist.

North Adams, MA- Natalie Caney is making quite a name for herself amongst the MASCAC. The freshman forward from Belchertown, MA was named the Rookie of the Week for the third straight week following a three goal, one assist performance in two games. The honor is the fourth overall for Caney this season.
Caney began her week scoring a goal and adding an assist in a tough double overtime loss at Mount Holyoke on Tuesday. She would then add a pair of goals in leading the Trailblazers to a much needed 2-0 win over Fitchburg State.
Caney has now scored 11 goals on the season and now has 23 points.
MCLA will look to build on the win over Fitchburg on Wednesday when they travel to Western New England for a 4pm kickoff.
