Women's Tennis drops NAC opener to Lyndon 7-2
Stephanie Giardina earned a point in the number two singles slot in the Trailblazers loss to Lyndon.

North Adams, MA- Visiting Lyndon State College swept all the doubles matches and then held off the MCLA Trailblazers in NAC tennis action this afternoon. With the win, the Hornets are now 3-3 overall, while MCLA drops to 1-6.
Lyndon swept the doubles matches as Kayla Flynn and Olivia Bernard held off the top MCLA duo of Kelley Bryant and Stephanie Giardina 8-6 to earn a point. The Hornets cruised in the other doubles matches only dropping a single set.
MCLA earned their two points as Giardina earned a straight set win in the number two slot, while Rebecca Waterhouse also won. Waterhouse won her match 7-5, 7-5.
The Trailblazers will return to the courts this week when they host St. Joseph (CT) on Wednesday.
