Clark Earns Volleyball Player of the Week

MCLA junior outside hitter Alison Clark was named MASCAC player of the week this past week. Clark led the Trailblazers to a 3-0 week in which the Trailblazers did not drop a game all week.

North Adams, MA- MCLA junior outside hitter Alison Clark was named MASCAC player of the week this past week. Clark led the Trailblazers to a 3-0 week in which the Trailblazers did not drop a game all week. 

Clark had 21 kills and 7 digs to get the week started off in the Trailblazers first home match of the season versus Mt. Holyoke. Clark followed that up by averaging 7.5 kills over the weekend in a sweep of Castleton State and Green Mountain.

Clark had an overall hitting percentage of .500 for the week and a high hitting percentage of .632 in a win over Castleton.

Clark is leading the team in kills with 97 on the season and second in hitting percentage and digs. 

Clark and her Trailblazer teammates will be back in action tomorrow night when they open up MASCAC play at conference rival Westfield State at 7:00 PM.
