Greeley Named MASCAC Rookie of the Week
MCLA’s Kaelynn Greeley has been named the MASCAC Volleyball Rookie of the Week.
NORTH ADAMS, Mass.-- The Massachusetts State Collegiate Athletic Conference (MASCAC) announced earlier today that Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts (MCLA) first-year outside hitter Kaelynn Greeley (Corona, CA) has been named the Rookie of the Week. This is Athlete's second Player of the Week honor this season.
Greeley had 21 kills, averaging three per set, 26 digs, averaging 3.71 per set, along with three service aces, helping MCLA to a 1-1 week. She contributed 12 kills and 14 digs in a 3-1 setback to Utica College and nine kills with a .529 hitting percentage and 12 digs in a home sweep over Bay Path.
Greeley and the Trailblazers are back in action on Tuesday when they matchup with New England College for a 6 p.m. matchup with the Pilgrims at the Amsler Campus Center Gymnasium.
