Jess Tietgens was named to the National Soccer Coaches Association of America All-New England Team today. Tietgens who scored 30 goals on the season was named to the Association's 3rd team. Jess led MCLA to the semi-finals of the ECAC Tournament and is the first Trailblazer selected by the NSCAA since 1994 when North Adams State College goalkeeper Kate Kelly was named to the 2nd team.

The junior from Stanford, VT also helped the team set a school record with 15 victories on the season. Tietgens was the only player from the MASCAC to make one of the top three teams.
